Cancellation Policy

• To ensure consideration for all clients, we kindly request that you provide no less than 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Consultations & New Clients

• To facilitate proper scheduling and ensure optimal service, all new clients should book under the “new client tab”.

• Color services require a consultation prior to booking.

Extra Information

• You do not need to come with freshly washed hair—we’ll handle the cleansing.

• Please arrive with hair free from styles and fully detangled. If you prefer that we detangle for you, please book that “add-on” service to allow adequate time for your appointment.
